All reservations and bookings with Best Western Buckingham Hotel are subject to our various Terms and Conditions of Business, a copy of which will have been sent with your confirmation. However, should you require an additional copy of these T&Cs, please let us know.

Guest Bedroom Reservations

Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation, all bedroom reservations are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations of reservations can be made up to 24 hours prior to check in, after which a cancellation fee will be charged. This fee will be equal to the value of your first nights accommodation.
  • Preauthorisation of a valid credit or debit card will be required at check in.
  • Additional charges apply for guests wishing to bring their dogs into their room. Please call the reservation team to discuss. More information on our 'Dog Friendly' policy can be found here.
  • In the unfortunate event a guest has / suspects they have contracted COVID-19, they must inform a member of staff as soon as possible. Procedures are in place for such circumstances. For more information on what we are doing to keep you safe, please click here
  • If a guest has / suspects they have contracted COVID-19 and is required to shield / self isolate in their room, the guest is responsible for settling payment for the room during this period.

Tribute Nights & Special Events

Unless otherwise stated on your confirmation, all Tribute Nights & Special Event bookings are subject to the following terms:

  • All Tribute Night & Special Event tickets must be paid for in full and in advance.
  • Tribute Night & Special Events tickets are non returnable & non refundable.
