The following discounts are available on the joining fees for the 'Off Peak Single'
5 - 10 people = 10%
11- 20 people = 20%
20 + people = 25%
Full membership allows full use of the club during opening times. All members are entitled to a free fitness programme. All monthly memberships must be paid by standing order as outlined in terms and conditions.
The second of our fitness rooms contains our Variable resistance equipment, 6 stations in all with a Lat Pulldown Machine, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Chest Press, Pec Deck and Shoulder Press, as well as a wide range of Free Weights and an adjustable bench.
Both rooms are fully air-conditioned for your comfort and a fresh towel will be provided
We are now pleased to offer regular one-to-one fitness testing and personal programming designed to fit your needs and lifestyle, this will be updated and re-assessed every 8 - 10 weeks to evaluate your progress.
